- All parts ordered for Ford paid warranty repairs will be shipped freight prepaid.
- RO# and VIN# information will be required when placing warranty orders.

| Stock Order Shipments |
|
- All Dealers will have a weekly prepaid stock order.
- Dealers stocking ten or more engines and transmissions assemblies will have two prepaid stock order days.
- All non Ford paid interim orders will be billed a flat rate freight charge per invoice. $5.00 for component orders, $20.00 for assembly orders.

Policy Statements

- All orders will be shipped via ground transportation. Additional charges for upgrades to premium or air freight will be the responsibility of the requesting dealer.
- Dealer will be charged back actual freight charges for returned parts with the exception of a return caused by an order processing error.
- These policies also apply to FJE web orders.
