If you are a customer of Fred Jones Enterprises, LLC and are located in New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, or Florida we will pay the freight on your web order to your place of business. If you would like us to deliver your web order to another location, then we will pay the freight and add any additional freight charges to your invoice. All web orders will be delivered to your location on your regulary scheduled route truck or within two business days on a common carrier. If you would like to specify a carrier or need your parts sooner than two business days, please specify your requirements, and we will pay the freight and add any additional freight charges to your invoice. If you are not on one of our core retrieval routes, you may ship the core to our closest warehouse location at your expense.

If you are a customer, but not located within the states listed above, we will pay the freight and add the freight charges to your invoice. Additionally, we may not be able to guarantee delivery within two days. Please specify your delivery requirements and we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You may ship your core to our nearest warehouse location at your expense.
